Sweet EM's Coffee & Ice Cream
In the historic Dogtown neighborhood of St. Louis, Sweet EM's Coffee & Ice Cream is run by sweet sisters, Erika and Megan. (The E and the M of Sweet EM's, get it?) An adorable shop by every standard, Sweet EM's also makes delicious handcrafted decorative cookies and their affogatos are pure magic.
Inspired by old-time ice cream parlors
and European gelato shops, Erika and Megan wanted a logo that felt fresh and fun with a vintage feel. We chose a watermelon and teal palette paired with simple black and white. When you walk through the teal doors of their shop, the customized typography, embellished flourishes, and hand drawn icons round out their sweet and charming logo and you feel like you have arrived somewhere special.
